Cynthia’s Story

After years of poor eating habits and low physical activity, Cynthia had warning signs of future health problems. She signed up for the National Diabetes Prevention Program in Vermont and learned how to make small lifestyle changes over time to improve her health. The positive results were so life-changing, she wanted to inspire others to take control of their health, too. Cynthia is now a trained Lifestyle Coach for the program.
