Each workshop is a little different. The Diabetes Prevention Workshop is an hour long each week for 16 weeks. It then changes to every two weeks or once a month for the rest of the year. Other workshops, such as Chronic Pain, Diabetes, and Chronic Disease Management, are two and a half hours each week for six weeks.
